As a registered non-profit organization in Costa Rica, we are subject to government  regulations, and donors may deduct their contributions from their Costa Rican income tax report [Decreto Ejecutivo No. 3623-P, Gaceta No. 213, Noviembre 2010].  Donations by US donors are also deductible from US taxes.
